How do I look up previously purchased items?

1. Click on your company name on the top right-hand corner next to Contact Us

2. Click My Account-Sales Orders

3. Select any previous order

4. Click Order Again

5. Add/Remove any items or change QTYs

6. Click Add to cart

I can't find an item I use, how can I order it?
Currently we only list the most common products we sell. If you can't find what you need, please contact us and we'll have it added to our website.

How do I use coupon codes?

When you go to checkout, enter the coupon code in the 'Discount' field on the right hand side and then click 'Apply'.

Note: You can only use one coupon code per order. 

Where do you ship to?
Across Canada except for Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut (We'd love to ship there but freight costs are crazy!)

How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping when you order at least $200, otherwise it's $20 flat shipping.

Which couriers do you use?
Orders within the Greater Vancouver Area are generally shipped via Zip Courier. All other Canadian destinations are shipped via TForce (formerly ATS).

How long does it take my order to ship?
For Western Canada (BC to MB), orders are shipped the same day if received before 11am (PST). Transit time is same day for the Greater Vancouver Area and 1-3 business days for out of town.
For Eastern Canada (ON to NL), orders are shipped the next business day if received before 12pm (EST). Transit time is 1-3 business days.
Orders submitted after these deadlines will ship out the next business day.

How do I track the status of my order?
Please visit TForce and enter tracking # in the 'Quick Trace' field.

What are the accepted forms of payment?
1) You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

2) E-transfer email: accounting@c-pac.com, please include the SO reference number in the memo. Contact us to pay by EFT/ACH. 

3) If you have N30 terms, select the EFT option and we will invoice you.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Absolutely. Contact our sales team and we will ensure you get the best price based on your volume.
