How do I know which paper or ribbon my printer uses?
Not sure what to order? Just contact us and our friendly customer service team will help you figure out the right paper rolls or printer ribbon for your setup.
How do I reorder something I’ve purchased before?
- Click your company name at the top right of the screen (next to Contact Us)
- Select My Account → Sales Orders
- Choose the order you want to reorder
- Click Order Again
- Adjust item quantities as needed
- Click Add to Cart — and you’re done!
I can’t find something I usually order. What should I do?
We currently list only our most popular items online. If you don’t see what you need, reach out to us and we’ll help get it added.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your code in the Discount box on the right side at checkout and click Apply.
Note: Only one coupon code can be used per order.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, except for the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Due to high courier costs, we aren’t able to serve those regions at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $200: Free shipping
- Orders under $200: $20 flat rate anywhere in Canada
Which couriers do you use?
- Greater Vancouver: Zip Courier
- Rest of Canada: TForce (formerly ATS)
When will my order ship?
Western Canada (BC to MB)
- Orders placed before 11am PST ship the same day
- Delivery: Same day in Vancouver, 1–3 days elsewhere
Eastern Canada (ON to NL)
- Orders placed before noon EST ship the next business day
- Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days
How do I track my order?
Visit TForce's tracking page and enter your tracking number in the “Quick Trace” box.
What payment options are accepted?
- Visa, Mastercard, Amex (online)
- E-Transfer to accounting@c-pac.com (include your SO number)
- EFT/ACH (contact us to set up)
- Approved for Net 30 terms? Select EFT at checkout and we’ll send you an invoice.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Contact our sales team and we’ll offer the best pricing based on your order size.
