If you require assistance outside our regular business hours you can try using one of our vendor's product finder located here. I can't find an item I use, how can I order it? Currently we list only the most common products we sell. If you can't find what you need, please contact us and we'll have it added to our listing. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on orders over $150 for the Greater Vancouver Area and $250 for out of town orders (before taxes). If your order does not meet the minimum amount, our customer service team will notify you of the shipping cost. Which couriers do you use? Orders within the Greater Vancouver Area are generally shipped via Nickels Cartage. All other Canadian destinations are shipped via Purolator. How long does it take my order to ship? Orders are shipped the same day if received before 11:00am (PST) for the Greater Vancouver Area. Out of town orders also ship the same day if received before 2:00pm (PST). Orders submitted after these deadlines will ship out the next business day. How do I track the status of my order? We will send you emails at each stage of the order process. Once you order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. What are the accepted forms of payment? Currently we do not offer any online payment method. With an approved credit application, payment terms are NET 30 days. Do you offer volume discounts? Yes! Absolutely.
